Our client acquired this site as a 2-lot subdivision with an existing residential house. We transformed the property into a dynamic residential project that maximises land use to deliver a premium tenant experience.
The development resulted in two modern dwellings, each comprising five micro-apartments, totalling 10 individual living spaces. Each micro-apartment is designed with six distinct zones: an outdoor area (balcony or courtyard), living area, dining area, kitchenette, double bedroom, and ensuite bathroom. The apartments range from 28 to 34 m², offering compact yet functional living spaces that cater to young professionals and tenants aged 55+.
