Project Rosa

Project Rosa began with the identification of a 1200 m² site in Bracken Ridge, originally considered for a 1 into 2 lot subdivision while retaining the existing house. Upon closer evaluation, we recognised the potential for a 1 into 3 lot subdivision and recommended selling the house and shed. We secured development approval in just 21 days and relocated the 1920s Queenslander house to rural Queensland, preserving its history instead of demolishing it.
The project was completed in June 2024, with three new 400 m² blocks ready for sale. Key to this project's success was reducing civil costs by simplifying the sewer solution through a neighbouring connection. Retention of intrinsic value. Increased density, The client is now considering developing the lots into three new dwellings, which we will project manage.

"Working with Dominion Global on Project Rosa was a seamless experience. Their streamlined process and clear communication made everything predictable and stress-free. I was particularly impressed by theirability to turn a 1 into 2 lot subdivision into a 1 into 3, with council approval in just 21 days.
What amazed me most was how Dominion maximised returns by selling the large shed and relocating the 1920s Queenslander instead of demolishing it. Their innovative approach and cost-saving measures really set them apart. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome."
